I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED A TRACKING LINK BUT IT'S NOT WORKING. WHAT CAN I DO?

Please note that tracking information will appear 2-5 days after ordering. If you can't find tracking information of your package, please try again in 1-2 days.

As an alternative, you can also check the tracking number with other providers.

The delivery time is about 10 - 15 working days depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are affected during the holidays; Manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after the holidays.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may contact you to update delivery information, which may result in delays in delivery.

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Delays can often be caused by weather events, customs or backlogs, for example. Sometimes the shipping companies also need time to update their tracking information.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE GOODS TO VOGI GADGETS?

Since we know that under time pressure you can only test ugly items, we offer an extended right of return of 30 days after receipt of the goods. You have 30 days after receipt of the goods to send them back to us and receive the full purchase amount after a positive check.

Please note that hygiene and consumable items are unfortunately excluded from this for legal reasons.
