For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period of time.
Refunds can take 1 business day for PayPal and 4-7 business days for credit/debit card payments.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
