Return & refund policy

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified period of time.

Refunds can take 1 business day for PayPal and 4-7 business days for credit/debit card payments.

Yes, we offer returns If you are not happy with your purchase:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The return period is  30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( atby means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract before the end of the withdrawal period (30 days) .

After your request, you have to send back the goods or hand them over to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

    * If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Damaged items:

    In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping or arrives in poor condition, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
